MobilePlus Fios 1 Gig Internet + Wi-Fi Extender E3200

This Mobile + Home Bundle Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between MobilePlus Communications Inc., a Delaware corporation ("MobilePlus," "we," "us," or "our"), with its principal office located at 1095 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10036, and the undersigned customer ("Customer," "you," or "your") identified in the account associated with this Agreement.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, MobilePlus agrees to provide you with the following services under the Mobile + Home Bundle:
Fios 1 Gig Internet Service
Wi-Fi Extender Add-On
Actual speeds may vary based on device capabilities, network conditions, and other factors. MobilePlus does not guarantee specific speeds at all times.
Fios 1 Gig Internet: $65.99/month
Wi-Fi Extender (E3200): +$10.00/month
Mobile + Home Bundle Discount: −$15.00/month (applied when bundled with an eligible MobilePlus mobile plan)
Total Monthly Charge: $60.99/month (after bundle savings)
Taxes and Surcharges: Applicable federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges will be added to your monthly bill, including Universal Service Fund fees, regulatory recovery fees, and applicable sales tax.
Bundle Eligibility: The $15.00/month Mobile + Home discount requires maintenance of an active eligible MobilePlus postpaid mobile plan. Removal or downgrade of the mobile plan may result in loss of the bundle discount.
Billing Cycle: Your billing cycle begins on the date of service activation. Charges are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Partial months will be prorated.
Agreement Term: This Agreement has no minimum term commitment. Service is provided on a month-to-month basis.
Cancellation: You may cancel the Service at any time by contacting MobilePlus customer service at 1-800-MOBILEPLUS, through the My MobilePlus App, or by visiting a MobilePlus retail store. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle.
Equipment Return: Upon cancellation, you must return all MobilePlus-owned equipment — including the E3200 Wi-Fi Extender — within thirty (30) days. Failure to return equipment will result in an Unreturned Equipment Fee of up to $150.00 per device.
The MobilePlus E3200 Wi-Fi Extender will be shipped to your service address. All equipment provided by MobilePlus remains the property of MobilePlus and must be returned upon termination of Service.
Self-Installation: A self-installation kit will be shipped with step-by-step instructions. The E3200 extender pairs automatically with your MobilePlus router via the My MobilePlus App.
Professional Installation: Available upon request at $99.99. A MobilePlus technician will schedule an appointment within a 4-hour window. You or an authorized adult (18+) must be present during installation.
Your use of the Service is subject to MobilePlus's Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, to send unsolicited bulk communications, or to engage in any activity that disrupts MobilePlus's network or the experience of other users.
MobilePlus strives to maintain 99.9% network availability for the Fios fiber network. Planned maintenance will be conducted during off-peak hours when possible. MobilePlus employs reasonable network management practices consistent with FCC guidelines.
Your use of the Service is subject to MobilePlus's Privacy Policy (mobileplus.com/privacy). MobilePlus may collect network performance data, account information, and device connection data for service optimization and support. MobilePlus will not sell your personal information without your affirmative consent.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOBILEPLUS'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED SERVICE FEES PAID DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. MOBILEPLUS IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules on an individual basis. You may opt out within thirty (30) days of acceptance by providing written notice to MobilePlus.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of your service address, except where preempted by federal law.
MobilePlus may modify this Agreement upon thirty (30) days' written notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If a material change adversely affects you, you may cancel without penalty within sixty (60) days.
This Agreement, together with MobilePlus's Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and MobilePlus regarding the Mobile + Home Bundle Service and supersedes all prior agreements and communications.
